Kathleen Hoopengardner filled out a customer service survey in reference to Customer Contact Representative II Gretchen Maloney. Ms. Hoopengardner rated Gretchen as "very good" with friendliness, knowledge, speed, satisfaction, professionalism, respect, reliability, and overall value. In addition, she wrote that Gretchen was very helpful.
Jennifer Teague wrote a thank you note to our Wastewater Treatment Plant staff for welcoming her homeschooled kids for a plant tour. "Thank you so much for taking the time to teach and speak with our group," she wrote. "We appreciate your willingness to accommodate us!"
Chad Langley with Mayne Pharma Facilities wrote a thank you letter to Engineering Coordinator Brian Murphy and Assistant Director of Electric Systems John Worrell appreciating the cooperation and amount of work GUC's electric crews put in for a main power transition at their site. "Your crews came out on multiple occasions and impressed us every time," he wrote. "These guys show up and work like they are fighting fire all while offering to help us in any way they can. We really appreciate all the help and the condition in which the guys leave the site when work is complete." Employees who worked on this project included Electric Service Crew Leader Keith Stancil; Underground Maintenance Crew Leader Kevin Willoughby; Overhead Lineworkers Joey Dash, Billy Owens, Jordan Hill, and Zach Kruger; and Underground Lineworkers Eddie Baxter and David Guy. Meter Crew Leader James Whitaker along with Electric Meter Specialists Brandon Smith, Jason Harmon, and James Gay were also a part of the crews.
