Once again, GUC employees were busy in March sharing information at career fairs and events in the communities we serve. Take a look at where we were:

ECU Engineering & Technology Career Fair
Krystale Small (IT) and Dillon Wade (Gas) shared GUC career information with ECU students during their Engineering & Technology Career Fair on March 15th.

Wellcome Middle
Chad Flannagan from the Water Treatment Plant, Cliff McGuffin Crystal Respess, and Karen Preston from the Wastewater Treatment Plant along with Dillion Wade from Gas were on hand at Wellcome Middle School's STEM and Engineering Career Fair that on March 27th.

NC Central Career Fair
Angie Fuller and Kay Spriggs from Human Resources visited North Carolina Central University in Durham for their Career Fair on March 2nd.

A Time For Science Expo
GUC employees once again had fun at the A Time For Science Expo on March 17th sharing science-based activities with kids of all ages. A big thank you to Kevin Hardee and Crystal Respess from the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) along with Tyler Nichols and Will Spencer from Electric for taking time out of your Saturday to wow families at this educational event.

Farmville Middle
Alan Cummings (Gas), Tanya Brown (Finance), and Antonio Jordan (Electric) shared information during Farmville Middle School's Career Day on March 23rd.

AG Cox Middle School
Robby Bright (Gas) and Juliette Telfair (Customer Relations) traveled to AG Cox Middle School to share information about GUC careers on March 14th.

University of Pembroke
Monica Dixon (IT) and LeAnne Wetherington (Customer Relations) represented GUC at the University of Pembroke's Career Fair on March 21st.

ECU Off-Campus Housing Fair
Erin Walton (Public Information) and Anna Hinton (General Manager's Office/Customer Relations) shared GUC information with ECU students at the Off-Campus Housing Fair on March 28th. This annual event is designed to provide information for students who are getting ready to move off campus for the first time. Our participation in this event is part of an overall campaign to inform students about GUC's online services.
