Thank You's

Frank and Barbara Tuck emailed our office to thank Energy Services Officer Seth Shoneman for his help with their home energy usage. They said that not only was Seth very informative about ways to improve insulation, he also took the time to follow up with the family after the visit.

Mr. Baker called to thank the Water Resources Department for doing an awesome job on his water meter and for being very courteous. The crew who responded included: Crew Leader John Roebuck and Pipe Layers Alvin Davis, Jeffrey Clemons, and Justin Brickhouse.

Frandrea Madden sent an email showing her appreciation for the outstanding customer service she received from Customer Contact Representative Nathan Johnson. She described Nathan as one of the nicest representatives she had experienced with a company. “You have been prompt in your responses to my requests and concerns, thorough in your explanations of all requirements in the service process, and very patient,” she wrote.

Charlene and Jim Peden sent an email commending the hard work of Energy Services Officers Jonathan Sergeant and Seth Shoneman. “Their expertise helped guide us to an optimal solution,” they wrote. “We are quite impressed by Seth’s and Jonathan's helpfulness and professionalism, and grateful to GUC for providing this valuable service.”

After receiving great service at his residence, Mr. Braxton sent an email complimenting Gas Systems Crew Leader Robert Parker and Gas Systems Operator Paul Edwards. “They were awesome workers,” he said. “They were super cordial, knowledgeable, and timely.”

Constance Holder wrote a note complimenting Customer Contact Representative Tara Dixon for Tara’s help with getting an outdoor lightbulb replaced. “Tara is the best ever,” she wrote.
