Move-in is underway at the new Operations Center! Here are some helpful details about accessing the Center. 

Where exactly is the New Operations Center? It’s located at the intersection of NC Hwy 264 and NC Hwy 43 N.  Each building has its own address: 

• Engineering and Operations – 3355 NC 43, Greenville, NC 27834 
• Systems Support – 711 Utility Way, Greenville, NC 27834 
• Stores – 701 Utility Way, Greenville, NC 27834 

If you work primarily at the new Operations Center, you’ll enter the site from Rock Spring Road and follow the signs to employee parking. Gates will be open to the employee parking lot during high traffic times for easy entry and exit. If the gates are down, you will be able to swipe your badge at the gate to gain access. Work vehicles will get a windshield tag to allow them in and out of the secured work area as needed. 

The guard will be stationed inside the building in the Control Center. Dispatchers in the Control Room will be managing after-hours access to the building.  

If the new Operations Center is not where you usually work, and you need to visit for meetings or training, you’ll use the guest entrance located on NC 43 that will take you to the guest parking lot. Vendors will also use this parking lot. 

The Health Clinic is located in the Engineering and Operations Building. The Clinic has its own entrance on the north side of the building, conveniently located near the visitor’s parking lot.
