On Saturday, October 8th, approximately 350 employees, retirees, Board Members, and their families gathered at ECU’s North Recreational Complex for an afternoon of fun!  Everyone got to enjoy an afternoon filled with local food trucks, such as Anita’s Mexican Cuisine and Tula’s Fish and Chips, cotton candy, popcorn and funnel cakes. A DJ provided great music to go along with a trampoline bungee, rock wall, inflatables, carnival rides, petting zoo, kayaking, and an excavator ride provide by NC811. We also enjoyed face painting and a photo booth.
