Shoutout to our crews who worked to restore power from outages caused by Tropical Storm Idalia on August 31st. We were fortunate to have had very few outages. This tree fell on power lines, knocking out service to 31 customers. Crews were able to quickly re-route power to almost half of those customers. They climbed poles and used special backyard equipment to re-run new lines to restore power to the remaining customers.
