On Saturday, September 30th, approximately 350 employees, retirees, Board Members, and their families gathered at ECU’s North Recreational Complex for an afternoon of fun!  Everyone got to enjoy an afternoon filled with local food trucks, such as Anita’s Mexican Cuisine, The Rock, and Jamerican Hotdogs, cotton candy, East Carolina Ice, popcorn and funnel cakes. A DJ provided great music to go along with a super slide, rock wall, inflatables, carnival rides, petting zoo, train rides, kayaking, and an excavator ride provide by NC811. We also enjoyed face painting and fishing.
