It’s almost that time of year again.
Open enrollment for your 2026 benefits will begin on October 20th and conclude on October 31st.
It is important that you check your current plan, look into plans being offered (and their costs), and get the coverage best suited for you and your family.
Enrollment will be done entirely online again. Employees must login and sign up for all benefits they want.
“The most important thing is to make sure you have what you want and want what you have,” said Leah Herring, HR Business Partner.
HR Business Partners are available to answer any questions you may have and assist you with the enrollment process.
Representatives from Pierce Insurance will be on-site to help employees on October 21st - 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Main Office; October 22nd and 23rd from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Operations, Crew Conference Room 2, 1st Floor; and on October 24th from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., walk-ins only, at Operations, Crew Conference Room 2, 1st Floor. Leah also stressed that while employees are checking on their health insurance coverage, they should also check their beneficiaries. She said sometimes life and living situations change, and when it does, it’s important to make the necessary beneficiary changes.
