Ms. Moore called to express her appreciation to Matthew Craft, Electric Troubleshooter Crew Leader, and Oscar Meeks, Lineworker First Class, for the kindness they displayed toward her. Ms. Moore explained she was having trouble pulling her garbage can to the road, when Matthew and Oscar noticed. She said they pulled right up and jumped out of their truck to help pull the can to the road for her. She stated that this act of kindness meant the world to her, and she won’t ever forget it.
Former Commissioner and Council Member Rick Smiley left a message to recognize Nicholas Corsaro, Customer Contact Representative II, for his great customer service. He mentioned that he had a great experience and wanted to give Nick an “attaboy.”
Mr. Miller called to compliment Gas Systems Crew Leader II Chris Rouse, Gas Systems Technicians IV Blake Beddard and Joshua Harrell, Gas Systems Technician II Briley Sutton, and Gas Systems Technician I James Everette for providing excellent customer service during the installation of the natural gas service for the SurgiCenter expansion. He expressed his gratitude for the exceptionally well-executed gas installation, and he praised the crew for their “perfect work and ethics while on site.”
Ms. Powers called to compliment Gas Service Specialist I Carter Rochelle for providing excellent customer service during a routine meter change at her residence. She stated that Carter was very nice, courteous, and highly knowledgeable of his work. She added that she was very impressed with him and believes the company should be proud to have such an outstanding employee representing them.
