Manager's Corner - April 2016
Manager's Corner - April 2016
As you know, we are in the final phase of our OPTICS project. Navigate is the implementation of Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) and Mobile Workforce Management (MWM), to name a few, and it will connect all of the previously implemented Oracle products and other tools to the customer. Employees have been working hard to ensure a successful go-live on Memorial Day weekend. After reviewing the results of our most recent dress rehearsal, readiness assessment, and Oracle Health Check, we have decided to postpone the go-live date to the weekend of July 4th.
The number one focus of OPTICS is to provide our customers with exceptional service, and we feel our mission can be better met by postponing the go-live date. We will continue to keep you informed of any further updates to this project, and I encourage you to read through the information on page 3 that we recently sent to customers. The more information we arm ourselves with over the coming weeks, the better we'll be able to help our customers after go-live.
I want to thank everyone who has contributed to this project. It has required a lot of dedication and hard work, and the fruits of your labor will be of great benefit to GUC and our customers.
