The Lighthouse Steering Team was formed to design and implement our process. They've been meeting regularly since the process began back in 2015. Two members rotated off earlier this year. David Bunch, Overhead Lineworker II, served on the team since day one and has been instrumental in getting Lighthouse off the ground in the Electric Department. Tyrone Moore, Pipe Crew Leader in Water Resources, also served on the team and has rotated off. Thank you David and Tyrone!

Three new members joined the Lighthouse Steering Team. We are happy to have Karen Preston, Industrial Pretreatment Specialist at the Wastewater Treatment Plant; Kevin Hudson, Pipe Layer I in Water Resources; and Chris Hudson, Underground Lineworker III in the Electric Department, on the team. They have all been active observers and bring their experiences and perspectives to the group.
