New Facilities Request Process

In February, Facilities began using a new request system called Limble. This new system makes a much easier process of submitting a ticket, tracking requests, and communicating about requests. 

All previously made tickets from Facility Dude and fixit@guc.com will be transferred to the new system so they do not need to be reentered. In order to ensure accuracy, Facilities staff will no longer accept verbal requests.  All requests must be entered into Limble.  

There are multiple ways you can submit a ticket: 

  • MyGUC home page under shortcuts > Facilities Request as usual. 
  • A “Facilities Request” app will be automatically pushed to each GUC mobile device. Don’t see it on your phone or iPad? It is available to download through the Comp Portal app. 
  • QR code signs will be installed in common areas such as breakrooms, bathrooms, and meeting rooms that you can scan with any mobile device (personal or company) that has a camera. 
  • Email signature links from Facilities Management staff.
