New Garage Construction Update

Construction on our new Fleet Maintenance Building, which began in the summer of 2021, is moving right along. The parts and truck wash bays are complete along with all interior walls and building aprons (immediate concrete areas just off the building). The building exterior has been completed except for 10% left to finish on the doors and windows. The installation of the overhead bridge crane is also completed.  

Currently, multiple trades contractors are working inside the facility to install electrical, lighting, plumbing, HV/AC, fire systems, underground utilities, rough grading and stonework, and special systems like air supply and fluid management. 

Construction is on schedule and expected to be completed in the spring of 2022. 

(Pictured right) This new overhead, 7-ton bridge crane is capable of safely moving extremely heavy loads and equipment from one location to another within our new Fleet Maintenance Building.
