More About Training & Development
In the past, Training primarily focused on delivering classes - ensuring employees received the necessary information to perform their roles. While this remains an important aspect, the role of Training has evolved significantly to meet the needs of the organization.
Training serves as a strategic business partner, fully integrated into the organization, and aligned with both current and future priorities. The focus has shifted from “teaching” to building organizational capability through collaboration, insight, and continuous improvement. This includes continuous learning, coaching, and follow-up to reinforce learning. Through active engagement with employees and leaders, Training helps foster a learning culture – one where growth, curiosity, and development are part of the everyday work experience.
