New Online Customer Portal Coming Soon!

GUC is always looking for ways to better serve our customers, and in January, we are launching a new tool to do just that. A brand-new online account management portal will go live mid-January on guc.com. 

The new system will be easier for customers to use and gives them a convenient and simple way to pay their bills, and so much more. Many of the features available in our current system are part of the new system but are much easier for customers to use.  

The project team has been working on this new system for over a year. Courtney Basile is serving as Project Manager for this effort and Becky Pope is the Program Manager. We are also switching to a new payment vendor; Kim Coggins is the Project Manager for that side of the project. Other team members on the project are Robin Nichols,  Cindy Burke, Colleen Sicley, Shannon Oakley, Brian Weigand,  Linda Clark, Emily Garner, and Steve Hawley, with assists from IT’s Todd Cannon, Aaron Johnson, John Bartolotti, Chris Ray, and Randy Stokes. Project Stakeholders are Andy Anderson, Jeff McCauley, Keith Jones, and (formerly) George Reel. 

“The project team is really excited about rolling out the new and improved My Account portal to our customers. They will notice lots of new functionality, enrollment offerings, and additional payment options,” said Courtney. “Customer Relations Director George Reel was a Key Stakeholder at the start of this project. I know that upgrading this portal for our customers was something that he was proud to be a part of. In honor of his memory and of his legacy ofproviding excellent service to all of our customers, I hope that we can carry on his torch of providing outstanding service to our customers through this new and improved My Accountportal.
