The year is only half over and there is still plenty of time to take advantage of GUC's Health Management Program to earn prizes at various wellness events or $50 Visa gift cards.

One simple way to receive a gift card is to have an annual preventative medical exam and a dental exam. Another way to earn a gift card is to have a biometric screening done through the GUC Clinic (a 20 minute process) or through your personal physician. Once you have completed the screening, fill out the online Health Risk Assessment form at www.mycigna.com (look for the rocket ship scrolling across the page). You will need your biometric screening numbers in order to complete the assessment. To schedule a biometric screening appointment, contact the Clinic at 551-2196.
