Winter Energy Savings Tips
Energy Services Officer Jonathan Sergeant recently shared winter energy savings tips with customers at the Pitt County Senior Center in Greenville.
Ag Expo
Crystal Respess and Karen Foster (Wastewater Treatment Plant) participated in the Northeast Regional Ag Expo on November 6th. This event is designed to expose high school students to the many agriculture-related career possibilities in eastern North Carolina. More than 1,100 high school students attended the event this year. GUC had an interactive booth with a variety of educational displays about the wastewater treatment process. Crystal and Karen also shared career tips with the students.
Freeboot Friday
For the second time this fall, GUC employees showed Freeboot Friday event goers a great time on November 1st! Bucket trucks, along with a booth full of GUC branded giveaways, were set up for people of all ages to enjoy.
