Customer Relations Reorganization

During the past few months, our Customer Relations Department has begun the process of reorganizing to provide better support to our walk-in locations, improve the employee to supervisor ratio, provide employees more growth opportunities, and give staff more resources to help manage their back-office work. 

To begin the process, they combined the Credit and Revenue Protection Sections with the Billing Section to create the newly formed Support Analyst Section. Juliet Telfair was promoted to the new position of Support Analyst Supervisor to lead this group. This expanded team will allow staff to cross train and provide additional coverage to the processes each group currently performs. 

In addition, the Department is in the process of soliciting applications for a Customer Service Supervisor who will lead the Customer Service Representatives at the Main Office, Express Office, and Call Center located at the Operations Center. They are also in the process of creating Customer Relations Team Leads to help direct activities at each of the locations.
