GUC Bills Get Makeover

GUC Bills Get Makeover

March 31, 2022

In late March, Customer Relations unveiled a new bill design to make customer’s bills easier to read and understand. The move is part of an ongoing effort to communicate more effectively with customers and provide more information.

The new bill features a helpful account summary, current charge breakdown, and has a layout with easy-to-read billing details to make reviewing usage and charges easier. The new bill also shows how the current month’s usage compares to the same time period the previous year.

Scott Mullis, Director of Customer Relations said, “This is the first time we’ve updated the bill since 1999. We hope customers like the more visually appealing look of the new statement and can use the information to better manage their accounts.”

Thank you to the following committee for working on the bill redesign for the past year: Director of Customer Relations Scott Mullis, Assistant Director of Customer Relations Colleen Sicley, Director of Information Technology Andy Anderson, IT Applications Manager Becky Pope, IT Systems Analyst IV Robin Nichols, IT Business Analyst III Courtney Basile, Public Information Officer/Communications Manager Steve Hawley, Communications Specialist Erin Walton, and Collections Manager Brian Weigand.

Customers will see the new look on their April bills along with a sheet explaining the changes (click here for online version). More information is also available at guc.com.
