As a community-owned utility, one of our driving forces is a commitment to customer service. For this reason, we periodically go straight to the source and ask customers how we’re doing.
On May 16th, a random selection of customers began receiving either a phone call or email to complete a brief survey, which should take no more than 10 minutes. The survey is being conducted by Great Blue Research over the coming weeks.
This is the first year that our customers can complete the survey at their convenience via email. Below is a sample of the email in case a customer happens to ask about it.
We will share the survey results with our Board of Commissioners and in Spotlight in the coming months.
