As announced in February, a new user-friendly tool that allows employees to access their payroll and benefits information will be available later this year (see timeline below). To provide added value and functionality to employees, EBS and other payroll tools will move to the background, while a new system – ADP Workforce Now® - will become the frontline, all-in-one system.
Change Champions
To assist the project team with a smooth transition to ADP in the coming months, they have recruited Change Champions from each department. These employees have stepped up to serve as a knowledgeable point of contact within their departments and sections. They will receive training first so that they can help share information, provide training feedback to the project team, and provide employee support during training and implementation.
Be on the lookout for a list of Change Champions in your Department.
Training Schedule
