Wendy Todd Retires

Wendy Todd Retires

December 19, 2017

Wendy Todd in the Customer Relations Department has retired after 21 years with Greenville Utilities. Until the launch of the Navigate Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) project, Wendy was the Billing Supervisor who oversaw the billing process for all of our residential, commercial, and industrial customers. Her experience with rate updates, special billing projects, Budget Billing program, billing adjustments, and the monthly meter reading and billing schedules helped tremendously with the CC&B project and with ongoing enhancements to CC&B.

Wendy enjoyed working with co-workers, as well as with customers. "I'm looking forward to retirement but will miss my GUC family," she said. "I love my work and the people I work with, so it will definitely be an adjustment."

Wendy and her husband, Garland, live in Greenville with their Cocker Spaniel, Maggie. In retirement, she plans to enjoy more water aerobics, cooking, sewing, reorganizing and remodeling the house, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and helping out her mother who lives in Washington. Garland retired last year, so they also want to try their hand at farming and selling vegetables.

Wendy, we wish you the very best in retirement. Congratulations!
